Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Sandy Springs is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant apartment homes meet our quality standards and are turned to market-ready condition.

You will complete repairs, caulk and seal around openings, inspect sheetrock, perform touch-up paint, and help maintain grounds and common areas. Safety training and resident service are emphasized, with opportunities for growth within Greystar.

Qualifications

• Repairs and improvements to meet occupancy standards.
• Follow make-ready checklists and safety procedures.
• Respond to resident questions and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Completes repairs and improvements before move-in per checklist.
• Caulks/seals around windows, sinks, toilets, baths, and showers.
• Inspects sheetrock for damage and repairs as needed.
• Performs touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; cleans and paints curbs/signage.
• Fixes parts when possible to control costs and wastes materials.
• Completes make-ready paperwork and safety trainings as required.
• Attends safety meetings and follows OSHA and safety policies.
• Treats residents with respect and responds to service requests promptly.
