Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a maintenance technician for our Georgia communities. You will perform make-ready repairs, caulk and seal around openings, inspect sheetrock, and complete touch-up painting to ensure vacant homes meet occupancy standards.

Qualifications

• Performs make-ready repairs and improvements to apartment homes.
• Inspects and seals around windows, sinks, toilets, tubs and showers.
• Uses touch-up painting and general maintenance to meet turnover standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready checklist and required maintenance documentation.
• Maintain grounds and common areas (trash, cleaning, painting curbs/signage).
• Attend safety training and follow OSHA guidelines; report incidents promptly.
• Respond to resident questions and ensure timely completion of work orders.
