Responsibilities
- Manage and process back-office support requests for a Gaming & Esports platform.
- Ensure high-quality resolution of user queries via Turkish, maintaining brand standards.
- Monitor platform activity to ensure compliance and prevent fraud.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows for Turkish-speaking users.
- Maintain records of account updates and tickets within the CRM system.
- Identify trends in player feedback to improve user experience.
- Participate in ongoing training on gaming and digital entertainment trends.
