Qualifications

• Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written) is required.
• Good command of English for collaboration with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Turkish-speaking player support across Supercell's gaming portfolio.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and account queries with accuracy.
• Escalate bugs and feature requests to development teams when needed.
• Stay informed on game mechanics, updates, and community trends.
• Participate in team briefings and training to maintain service standards.
• Maintain high-quality communication aligned with publishing standards.
• Gather and analyze Turkish player feedback to improve UX.
