You will translate and localize support documentation, investigate account activity under security protocols, and document interactions to optimize future workflows, with a comprehensive relocation package and health
Qualifications
- Polish language fluency is mandatory.
- Valid EU passport or work permit for Bulgaria.
- English proficiency for reporting and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level back office support to users within the global Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
- Monitor and analyze player data to ensure the integrity of the gaming platform.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve technical queries and account-related issues efficiently.
- Translate and localize support documentation to ensure native-level communication for Polish-speaking users.
- Conduct investigations into account activity following gaming security and anti-fraud protocols.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the centralized management system to optimize future support workflows.
