Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve back-office inquiries for Gaming & Esports platforms.
• Monitor player accounts for compliance and fair play.
• Provide high-level Arabic communication for player account management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address technical issues.
• Analyze game data and feedback to suggest Arabic-market improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support cases in the internal database.
