Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while fostering local client relationships.

As a trusted advisor, you will attract new clients, drive loyalty, and participate in local marketing efforts with TurboTax. Strong tax credentials and ability to work weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local communities, establishing long-term relationships and supporting marketing efforts.
