Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person. As a trusted advisor, you'll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and contribute to community outreach, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
