Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering full-service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building local relationships. You'll engage with the community as a Proactive Ambassador, develop a client base, and contribute to Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experie nce.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside and work onsite in a TurboTax retail or flagship location in the US.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns filed per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and future tax planning.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and firm expertise.
• Build local client relationships and participate in community outreach and marketing.
