Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a local, friendly setting.

As a trusted advisor, you will help clients optimize refunds, grow your local client base, and build lasting relationships through community engagement and collaboration with marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• State licenses/certifications may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers with tax calculations and software/product support.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships through community engagement.
