Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide comprehensive tax preparation, advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses in a friendly, front-facing retail setting.

Role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to build a local client base through community engagement and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Must hold a PTIN to file taxes and be eligible for state licenses.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using pro software.
• Circular 230 familiarity is preferred for compliance guidance.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax locations for 20+ hours weekly.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites and professional tools.
• Engage with prospects, convert leads, and grow the client base locally.
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing and community events.
• Support customers face-to-face in a friendly retail setting.
