Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving in-person customers and growing the local client base.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes while engaging with the community and representing Intuit in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location (min 20 hrs/week).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in growing TurboTax client base within the local community.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store with professional conduct.
• Leverage government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
