Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and support customers using TurboTax products while growing your local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, in-person service, and building long-term relationships, with flexible hours and a focus on exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally, serving as a fixture and public face of TurboTax in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients through outreach.
• Lead and participate with TurboTax in local marketing initiatives to make taxes approachable.
