Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person, full-service tax preparation and advisory support, helping customers navigate their tax needs and build lasting relationships within the local community. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging TurboTax products and resources to maximize refunds while offering accessible tax guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base by attracting new clients and building long-term relationships within the local community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and through TurboTax tools and resources.
