Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in-person to grow your local client base.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate tax needs, build relationships, and expand TurboTax’s presence in the community through outreach and local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, weekends and variable hours.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.

Skills

Active EA/CPA/Attorney license

PTIN required

Onsite availability 20h+/wk
