Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base with community outreach and marketing support. You will leverage your tax expertise to resolve simple to complex returns, discuss deductions, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must hold a PTIN to file taxes in the US.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and grow local TurboTax client base.
