Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while working a minimum of 20 hours per week in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Grow and maintain local client relationships and community presence.
