Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor helping customers navigate tax needs, using your tax expertise and personable approach.

Responsibilities include in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, plus growing the local client base through community outreach and collaboration with marketing.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required; PTIN on file.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; willing to work onsite, Sundays-Saturdays, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, optimize refunds, and offer tax planning.
• Deliver excellent customer service in-person and via Intuit tools, building trust and loyalty.
