Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building long-term client relationships and driving local growth. This non-exempt, onsite role emphasizes tax knowledge, community presence, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Experience with professional tax preparation tools and software.
• Ability to work onsite 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
