Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building local relationships and driving client growth.

The role emphasizes community engagement, a trusted advisory approach, and a strong customer experience, with marketing support and a focus on prosperity for customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes as per law.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Lead local marketing efforts and build long-term client relationships in the community.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to growing TurboTax’s local client base.
