Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while expanding the local client base and building long-term relationships in the community. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, enterprise-level tax knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

• Provide Tax Expertise: give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for a range of tax situations.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional, high- empathy service and build long-term relationships.
