Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships.

You’ll be a trusted advisor, engaging with the community, representing TurboTax, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and accessible tax guidance.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax customers, including personal and business tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
