Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide comprehensive tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a welcoming retail setting.

You will engage the local community, grow the client base, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while representing TurboTax as a trusted tax advisor.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Help grow TurboTax client base within local community through outreach and relationship building.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
