Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform hands-on tax preparation, offer tax advice, and build relationships with local clients while delivering exceptional service.

This role emphasizes community engagement, prospecting and long-term client growth, with access to TurboTax marketing support and product resources. On-site hours and benefits support a flexible, customer‑centric business model.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
