Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will deliver in‑person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

You will build local client relationships, attract new customers, and contribute to community outreach with TurboTax marketing support. This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence, with hours likely expanding during peak tax

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long‑term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts and work with TurboTax to make taxes approachable.
