Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. In this role you will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and exceptional service to clients in your community.

You’ll grow the local client base, collaborate with marketing support, and uphold Intuit’s commitment to helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes. This non-exempt, onsite position offers flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
