Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform hands-on tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support software products to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will also grow TurboTax’s client base, engage with the local community, and deliver exceptional service using marketing resources. Uniforms and onsite presence are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
