Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, providing tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and contribute to community engagement while representing the brand professionally in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years' experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week, Sundays–Saturdays.
• Willing to build local community presence and content as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Act as a local ambassador, engaging with the community and supporting local marketing.
