Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building strong client relationships in the community.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with a team of tax professionals, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools; deliver accurate tax solutions.
