Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, professional tax advice, and software support to customers in person, helping them navigate complex tax situations with personalized service. In this front-facing, non-exempt role, you will build the local client base, collaborate with the TurboTax team, and participate in marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships
• Engage in local marketing and community outreach with Turbotax support
