Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to support customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and contributing to community engagement initiatives. This role requires onsite presence and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
