Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, calculations, and software support while engaging with customers and building local relationships.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in your community, leveraging marketing support and tools to create a thriving local business and positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Build local client base and nurture long-term relationships.
• Assist customers using TurboTax software and resources.
