Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You’ll engage the community, attract new clients, and help build long-term relationships while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN registration to file taxes is required.
• Onsite in TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Identify deductions, plan ahead, and maximize refunds with clear explanations.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax presence and client base.
