You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. A strong tax background, on-site availability, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
