Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving as a trusted advisor for in-person tax needs. You’ll perform tax preparation, offer guidance, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

This is a non-exempt, on-site role requiring at least 20 hours per week, with potential for expanded hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite at TurboTax location; minimum 20 hours/week.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience with 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Ability to build local community presence.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
