Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide complete tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while growing the TurboTax client base in your community.

You will engage prospects, build long-term client relationships, and represent TurboTax in local marketing initiatives. The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain state licenses.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Onsite availability 20 hours per week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build trust with clients in-person at TurboTax locations.
