Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, including California.

You will prep taxes, give advice, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while growing your local client base. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes community engagement, proactive outreach, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns/year).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite retail/flagship location work, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local and online community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers (simple to complex).
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds; offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and via TurboTax tools; build long-term client relationships.
