Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, including California. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, helping them navigate complex returns with clarity.

As a non-exempt, onsite role, you will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location in the US.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person using TurboTax tools.
