Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building local relationships and driving client loyalty.

Qualified candidates hold an active EA/CPA license (or equivalent), with PTIN, and state licenses as needed. The role requires 20+ hours per week onsite, with marketing and community outreach supported by Intuit.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds, offering tax planning advice.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, personalized language using government sites and professional tools.
