Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will serve as a trusted tax advisor, providing full-service tax preparation and software support while helping grow the local client base and community presence.

You must hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license or be able to obtain one, have PTIN, and 3+ years of paid returns experience. Willingness to work 20+ hours weekly onsite in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base and develop long-term relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and support local marketing initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and explain tax concepts clearly.
