Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and fostering trust in the community. Ideal candidates have active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, hands-on tax prep experience, and a willingness to work onsite with a customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid tax preparation with 30+ returns per season using professional software.
• Active PTIN and state licenses as required by law.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations; 20+ hours/week; flexible hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions, planning opportunities, and tax optimization.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, tools, and team expertise.
