Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while growing the local client base and building relationships.

Ideal candidates have active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, PTIN, and at least 3 years of paid tax return experience using professional software. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional software.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as TurboTax Retail Expert at an onsite location.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
