Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering lasting relationships in your community.

Applicants should hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license (or PTIN) and be willing to work onsite full- or part-time, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers (simple to complex).
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships in person and via marketing channels.
