Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to local customers while building relationships in your community. The role requires active EA/CPA/attorney license, 3+ years of tax preparation experience, and willingness to work Sundays through Saturdays for at least 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, including Sundays.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador, expanding TurboTax’s local presence.
• Grow the client base through outreach and events, building long-term relationships.
