Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building relationships and expanding the local client base.

Qualified candidates will have active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, PTIN, state licenses, and a track record of preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers in-person and build lasting client relationships within the local community.
• Utilize TurboTax resources and CRM tools to deliver accurate tax solutions and guidance.
