Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local client relationships and driving customer loyalty.

The role requires an active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax prep experience. You’ll work in a front-facing retail setting, with flexible hours and a strong pay-for-performance compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and serve as a trusted community advisor.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist in local marketing and outreach to grow the client base.
