Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building strong client relationships in the local community.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their tax needs and driving a loyal, multi-year client base with marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with deep tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must reside within the United States.

• Proactively engage with the local community as a TurboTax Ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences to build trust and long-term relationships.
