Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to guide customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients achieve favorable financial outcomes while building relationships in your community. In this role, you’ll represent TurboTax locally, generate leads, and collaborate with marketing resources to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
• Grow TurboTax client base and nurture long-term relationships.
