Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands‑on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building lasting relationships with your community. As a trusted local ambassador, you’ll grow your client base, participate in local marketing efforts, and deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and our team’s expertise.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; state licenses required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation, with 30+ returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week.
• Strong communication and community outreach abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as the public face and trusted advisor.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Grow client base through local marketing and referrals.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using gov resources and team expertise.
• Create a positive, helpful customer experience in a fast-paced setting.
