Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax guidance, and software support while building local client relationships and contributing to community outreach efforts. The role focuses on delivering trusted tax advice, growing the local client base, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients with proactive outreach.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
